Collegetown Apartments - Apartment #4 214 Stewart Avenue, - Ithaca, New York
This shot is taken from just inside the kitchen area looking into the living room area. By the sofa is a dormer with a large double sash window looking north onto Buffalo Street. This is a good view of the spectacular refinished pine floors. Just to the left of the photographer are two square windows facing west and overlooking the City of Ithaca.
This is from the living room area, peering into the kitchen area. The kitchen has a new gas range, a new large, up-scale refrigerator and newer cabinets. The window faces south. There is a fire escape.
This shot is taken from the living room facing down the hallway. To the right is the door to the bathroom and further down the entrance door to the apartment. To the left is the door to the Back Bedroom and further down the door to the Front Bedroom. Coat hooks by the door and a nice refinished oak floor.
This is an interesting shot from the hallway looking into the Back Bedroom. The two square windows look out onto Buffalo Street.
This is from the southeast corner of the Back Bedroom facing toward the northwest corner. A good view of the refinished pine floors and an idea of the interesting space in terms of shape.
This shot is from the northwest corner of the Back Bedroom facing towards the southwest corner. The door to the far right is the entrance into the bedroom from the hallway. To the left of that door there are ample bookshelves. To the left of that, the door to a large closet.
This shot is taken just after entering the door of the Front Bedroom and turning 90 degrees to the right facing east. You can see the French doors that open onto a decorative balcony. Taking the photo toward the eastern light caused the room to look dark. It is actually especially bright and light with the French doors facing east and another large window facing north.
This shot is taken from the doorway leading into the Front Bedroom. Straight in front is a double-sash window looking out onto Buffalo Street. Just to the left is a door leading into the closet. The floor of this room is painted linoleum.
